Ingredients:-
1. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2. 1/2 cup onion
3. 1/2 cup bok choy
4. 1/2 cup carrot diced (optional)
5. 1/2 cup mushrooms
6. 2 tbsp celery stem diced( optional)
7. 2 tbsp garlic chopped
8. 1 tbsp ginger chopped
9. 1.5 tsp black bean sauce
10. 1 tbsp soy sauce
11. 2 tbsp corn starch
12. 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:-
1. Chop all the vegetables
2.Saute all the vegetables on medium flame with 1 tbsp of olive oil except bok choy
3. Add black bean and soy sauce, add water and bring it to a boil.
4. Adjust the thickness or consistency according to your taste.
5. Add seasoning and bok choy at the end.
