*Paneer is rich in protein, sodium,calcium,iron,zinc, phosphorus and potassium.
*Cheese is an excellent source of calcium,protein and healthy fat.
*Carrot,onion and potato are good sources of dietary fibre and helps in healing wounds and contains vitamin A which is good for vision.
*Peas are a good source of vitamin E and C helps in strengthening the immune system.
Ingredients:-
1) wheat flour- 40g
2) Refined flour - 25g
3) Carrot- 30g
4) Onion- 30g
5) Potato- 25g
6) Cheese- 30g (1 cube)
7) Peas- 25g
8) Refined oil/olive oil- 15g
9) salt- according to you taste
10)Garam masala- 1-2 tbsp
11) Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
12) black pepper powder- A pinch
13) Red chilli powder- A pinch
